We’re YoungShand, a team of over 50 creatives, designers, developers, innovators, strategists and technologists. We live in the connected age and are focused on making a difference.
We work collaboratively with our clients to help them achieve extraordinary things. We do this by developing an understanding of their current and future objectives. We then function as an extension of our clientsā marketing and technological departments giving them access to increased knowledge, capability and expertise.
As a digital business, constantly finding ways to innovate is important – something we call āowning the edgeā. To help achieve this, we created YoungShand Labs; a place where our people study, play and prototype to figure out if something new is also something our clients should consider trying.
We employ the 70:20:10 methodology to turn our learnings into action. This means that 70% of a clientās activity is familiar work, the next 20% is taking the familiar and applying it in some new way, and the final 10% is where we try something completely new.
The process we use to help our clients achieve genuine digital transformation is based on a model we call The Path To Digital Maturity. Put simply, it assesses a clientās current digital footprint, then defines what infrastructure and/or activities are required to move them further along the path.
