Habit Sprint is 2 week program to help you build one specific habit in a community environment.

As an individual, it is very difficult to form new habits due to various reasons like lack of time, motivation, mentoring.

We help you overcome this hurdles through a community first approach.

Show up regularly, do the work like reading a book or writing a story as per the sprint schedule.

Seek and give feedback. Commit yourself to the schedule by tracking your progress.

Continue and maintain momentum even after the sprint is over.

No, Habit Sprint is for individual participation.

It all depends on you, how deep you want to go. Choice is yours.

Our recommendation is to spend atleast 30 minutes daily while you are part of the sprint.

No. But we would recommend you do it as part of your Think Tank Membership. More you participate, more will be your learning.

Ofcourse, that’s the idea. You will get community feedback and support of our as and when required.
