How do you track the success of your product?

What challenges do you face in product development?

How have you scaled your business specially marketing, sales and operations?

How do you hire your team and what do you look in them?

Any advice to product makers?

Take time to think it through even if it takes couple of extra days or weeks so that you can think about the every detail of your product that you want and get feedback from your real users based on the mockup or demo. This would really help you achieve goals that you want to achieve from your product.

Focus on UI/UX as thats what the user sees, customer experience is very important and should be taken into consideration while developing products.
