How the Program Works?

This 6 months personal transformative program is designed in 3 levels to ensure continuous growth through hands-on learning and mentorship.

Level 1 - Wake up (3 months)

Start your journey with focused, self-paced content designed to help you master essential skills at your own pace. With plenty of practice-based exercises, you’ll build the foundation needed for personal and professional growth.

  • Focus Areas: Skill-building, no-code development, personal branding, communication.
  • Learning Mode: Self-paced modules + practice tasks.
  • Goal: Build essential skills through practice and reflection.

Level 2 - Run (2 months)

Take your skills to the next level by working in groups. Here, you will dive deeper into problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration while working on real-world projects with peers.

  • Focus Areas: Collaboration, communication, leadership, project-based learning.
  • Learning Mode: Teamwork, group projects, peer feedback.
  • Goal: Gain experience by applying your skills in real-world, collaborative settings.

Level 3 - Fly (1 month)

Become a leader and a mentor by guiding Level 1 and 2 participants. In this phase, you’ll further hone your leadership and communication skills while mentoring others and refining your own abilities through teaching.

  • Focus Areas: Mentorship, leadership, personal branding, communication.
  • Learning Mode: Mentoring + advanced practice.
  • Goal: Solidify skills by teaching others and preparing to lead in your career.

Lokesh is the founder of ProductHood School. He has more than 19 years of experience across product and technology management. He has held senior leadership positions at multiple well funded startups across wide domains.

He has been teaching professionals and students for over a decade now and helped people upskill themselves on various new age skills required to work in product companies.

He has taught more than 3500+ professionals and regularly conducts training sessions, workshops and cohort programs on ProductHood.

He is an alumni of IIT Delhi and graduated with double degree in Chemical Engineering. He has also done his MBA from Sunstone Business School.

He also consults with high growth startups on all things related to product strategy and growth.

Most frequent questions and answers

We offer enrolment in the next batch only in genuine case. You need to send a mail to hello@producthood.com.

You will start at Level 1 and complete the mandatory reading requirements and activities. 

After 3 months, you will be upgraded to Level 2 and at this stage you will work in team. More reading and activities will happen during this stage.

Finally you will transition to Level 3 where you will lead various activities and mentor Level 1 and 2 participants.

Program duration is 6 months or 24 Weeks. Every week there is a 2 hour class and complimented with self paced and community learning.

Most companies appreciate it if employees want to improve their skills and are happy to provide support for courses that are in line with this goal. To help you with requesting reimbursement, we drafted an email request that you can send to your manager. Click here to download the template.

Yes, you will receive a completion certificate from ProductHood School after the program is over.

If you are unable to attend once you’ve paid, you can apply to attend a future batch. We don’t offer refund.
