We began working in online retail back in 2001, selling specialist computer hardware via TheCoolingShop.com, there wasn’t an abundance of ecommerce software back then so building our own seemed like a sensible way forward. This DIY approach has become a cornerstone of our work ethic and informs our approach to project work. Simply put, we like to know what we’re dealing with.
This helps us understand and resolve otherwise unforeseeable problems and allows us to consistently improve on our products.
