Basic membership only gives you access to limited content in our community. However if you are looking for premium learning resources like live classes, video content library, guest lectures etc. then you should opt for our pro membership plan.

You can send a mail to hello@producthood.com and we will cancel the membership on your behalf. Send the confirmation at least 1 week in advance of your next billing cycle.

Due to the digital nature of the content and membership, we don’t offer any refunds on the monthly or life time plan. 

However we offer a 100% refund on annual membership if you don’t find any learning improvement.

Refund is subjected to our terms and conditions.

You must attend all live classes, submit all projects (Huddle, assignments) on time week on week (month on month) and participate in various discussions.

We are confident that if you do all these things you will not require the refund.

In fact you will see manifold improvement in your growth.

All you have to do is to pay for the membership and let us know if you need the invoice. We will send it to you for your reimbursement. You can also go through this template to seek permission from your manager regarding reimbursement.

Yes we give 2 months of membership free if you opt for annual membership plan.

Once you have paid for the monthly or annual plan then we will set up your membership with in 24 hours.

You need to register on ProductHood here with the same email id that you have used for billing.

Once your account is configured, you can login to our community portal to access the Think Tank membership.
