Lokesh is the founder of ProductHood School. He has more than 21 years of experience across product and technology management. He has held senior leadership positions at multiple well funded startups across wide domains.
He has been teaching professionals and students for over a decade now and helped people upskill themselves on various new age skills required to work in product companies.
He has taught more than 5000+ professionals and regularly conducts training sessions, workshops and cohort programs on ProductHood.

This is an 8-week intensive, cohort-based AI Product Management program covering 28 modules. It is designed to transform PMs into confident AI product leaders through hands-on learning, real deliverables, and peer collaboration.
This is not a passive video course. It is a live cohort with mandatory attendance, peer critique, weekly deliverables.
You will actually work in teams, work on real world problems and build projects that add real value to you.
100% live with mandatory attendance. All sessions are scheduled in advance. Recordings are available for review, but you must join live session for best results. Cohort learning and peer critique are core to the program.

No. We teach technical concepts PMs need to make great AI decisions and earn engineering credibility and not to become engineers. If you can read a PRD and collaborate with engineering teams, you are ready. We focus on conceptual understanding, not implementation.
No. We start from foundations and build up systematically.
You will learn ML fundamentals, RAG, agents, multimodal AI, and more but through the lens of product decisions, not academic theory.
Content is globally applicable as AI PM principles and tools are universal. Examples and case studies include both Indian and international companies.Â
 No. While many participants are current PMs, we accept aspiring PMs, engineers transitioning to PM, and entrepreneurs. You should understand basic product thinking, but we teach core PM skills (user research, PRD writing, metrics) through the program – just in the context of AI products, not abstract theory.
 50/50, but integrated. Every module teaches a PM skill AND its AI-specific application. You don’t learn user research in Week 2 and then AI in Week 4. You learn how to conduct user research for AI products. The PM craft and AI technology are inseparable, because that’s how the role actually works.
The program is open globally, but live sessions are scheduled for Indian time zones (IST). If you are in a compatible timezone or willing to attend odd hours, you’re welcome to apply.
Expect 8-12 hours per week:
- 2-4 hours: Live sessions (workshops, lectures, guest Q&As)
- 6-8 hours: Hands-on assignments and deliverables
- 2-3 hours: Peer reviews, reading, and tool exploration
This is an intensive cohort, not a course you passively watch at 2x speed.
Each cohort will have a fixed schedule. Check the batch timing at the time of booking.
Typically weekday evenings (9:30 PM -12 AM IST) or weekend mornings (11 AM – 2 PM IST).
You will know the exact schedule before enrolling.
Recordings are available if you miss a session, but you are responsible for catching up.
Repeated absences impact cohort dynamics and your ability to complete deliverables.

Yes. Most participants work full-time. The program is designed around this and the sessions outside work hours, assignments that fit evenings/weekends.
But you need genuine bandwidth for 12-15 hours/week. Don’t enroll during a product launch or busy season.

Significant. Every deliverable receives peer critique from 2+ cohort members. Assignments include pair/group work. You’ll interview each other, critique specs, and collaborate on case studies. Cohort learning is a feature, not a bug.

We offer refund (net of any payment gateway charges) if you withdraw before the cohort start date. Once the cohort start then refund is not possible. You need to send an email to hello@producthood.com if you wish to get the refund.Â
We only allow shifting before the cohort starts. Once the cohort is started, we will not be able to move you in another batch.
We do not guarantee placement. We give you everything needed to land an AI PM role: technical credibility, a portfolio project(s), interview prep guidance. Our goal is making you the PM every AI company wants to hire, the rest is up to you.
