Justin Lee, CEO and President of Golfio (www.golfio.com), started outsourcing most key business processes in the Philippines since 2006. He foresaw a potential niche market of providing skilled virtual assistants to companies like Golfio. During his visits to the Philippines, Justin met Ronald, a former manager from an elite semiconductor company and who has a deep passion for the outsourcing industry. Justin and Ronald, both coming from different industry segments, saw the potentially increasing requirement of a reasonable cost but quality services that the Filipinos could provide – thus they formed Trinity BPO Inc.
