Advice for PM aspirants and professionals?

1. Don’t underestimate the power of good documentation. It is very critical for aligning a lot of stakeholders. You can explain to people only to an extent personally. You have to communicate to people through emails or documents.

2. Simplify everything. Anybody can complicate things but your job is to make things simple. Make any feature brain dead simple for your customers.
